Hey, just wanted to say I really enjoy your articles and make a suggestion: While it’s great to have the depth of explanation you provide, I know I and others would benefit from a straightforward summary of how all of your various summaries turn into real-world recommendations. As in, one article that says: So you want to lift weights. If you’re looking to maximize hypertrophy, the science says you should do x, y, z. If you want to maximize strength, do a, b, c.
